Wondering about Insurance?
I totally understand your insurance concerns, and I recognize what a hurdle it can be to receive the right coverage for services. It’s reasons like this that I work hard to help my clients overcome strict requirements that decide for you how long and how your therapy journey will look.
My goal is to try and reduce these restrictions for my clients so that their therapy journey can fit their individual needs.
Without all the oversight and rules that are not individualized to you or your child’s needs.
All services through Beyond Behavior Consulting are considered out-of-network for most insurance companies.
I do offer the option to submit your receipts for out-of-network reimbursement. I’m happy to help you with this, and once you get the hang of it, it's a super simple process!

I accept Aetna, Anthem, and Blue Cross Blue Shield for ABA services.
Fees
ABA Session:
5 Session Package is $1,800 (sessions are 1-2 hours a week)
Pay per session is $215 (sessions are 1-2 hours a week)
Special Education Advocacy:
$120 an hour (for observations, meetings, and court appearances)
$2,500 for a written report
For travel more than 30 miles ($60 per hour + cost of hotel)
Other Session Fees:
$150-$200 per session
